Event Description:

September's educational program will be presented by Blake Jones of The Organizing Boss, Automating Your Business to Enhance the Customer Experience. Whether you're a solopreneur or you operate your business with a small team, you wear many hats and the to-do list seems never to end. In this session, you'll learn about ways to automate your business and operations to not only save you time but, more importantly, to improve your client's experience. 

Learning Objectives:

1. Map out your client's journey
2. Identify processes or areas of client interaction ripe for automation
3. Prioritize implementation of your own automations
