Being Present: Showing Up Consistently For Our Clients

Using Readiness, Mindfulness, & Compassion to make a positive impression on your client at every session

with Aimee Olson, productivity and organizing coach, Life Done Simply

O B J E C T I V E S:

  • Stop stealing time and energy from your clients by eliminating three common, unintended behaviors.
  • Identify your time and energy needs and develop an energy plan, so you don't hit an emotional wall during your client sessions.
  • Understand the monetary and emotional value of incorporating session prep and decompression time into your workday.
  • Create a personal readiness routine and checklist to ensure you are fully present & prepared for every client session.

Showing up on time and being fully present for a client isn't optional— it's required if you want to maintain your professional reputation, command more money, and grow your business through referrals. By practicing a framework of readiness, mindfulness, and compassion, you can make a positive impression on your client at every session.

This 60-minute training is ideal for:

  • New professionals who are looking to make a great first impression with their clients & boost their referral business.
  • Veteran professionals who have become complacent and may have lost their professional reputation or edge with some clients.

Aimee Olson is a holistic productivity & organizing coach, the founder of Life Done Simply, Past President for NAPO Minnesota, NAPO Ambassador, and Co-Lead on the NAPO Chapter Relations Committee.

Before starting Life Done Simply, Aimee was a 2x crowned community ambassador, attending 400+ public appearances on behalf of her communities. During this time, Aimee learned the importance of "showing up" even on a bad day. She has used her media training, pageant prep, and ambassador experience to elevate her professional reputation with her clients.

Aimee continues to volunteer and serves as an etiquette, appearance, & interview coach for Minnesota community scholarship programs that promote personal and professional development in young women.

Aimee takes tremendous pride in her dedication to her clients, and she hopes to inspire others to think of every session as an opportunity to be fully present for the client.
